Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how NTL of NYC ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the NTL Flow mobile application (the "App"), a workspace app that provides email, file storage (Drive), notes, and tasks for accounts issued by NTL of NYC. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who the App is for
NTL Flow is provided to NTL of NYC clients and team members who have been issued a workspace account. You sign in with credentials we provide. The App is a client for your NTL of NYC workspace — it does not create public or self-service consumer accounts.

The App requests only the Internet and Notifications permissions. It does not collect your location, does not use the camera or microphone, and does not read your device contacts or photo library beyond files you explicitly pick to upload.
3. How your data is stored and sent
Your workspace data (email, files, notes, tasks) is stored on NTL of NYC's own servers and is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Outbound email you send is delivered through our email service provider. When you use optional AI writing or translation features, the text you choose to process is sent to our backend and its AI service provider solely to return the result; it is not used to build advertising profiles.
4. How we use your information
- To operate and provide the App's features to you.
- To authenticate you and secure your account.
- To deliver notifications you have enabled.
- To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your workspace content for advertising.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the App — for example our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) for push notifications — and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and systems.
6. Data retention & deletion
Your workspace content is retained for as long as your account is active. Because NTL Flow accounts are administered by NTL of NYC, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data — including closing your account — by contacting us at the address below. On account closure we delete or de-identify your workspace data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and hardened servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any issue.
8. Children
NTL Flow is a business workspace tool intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated in the App.
