Built in NYC. Independent. Quiet.

Your email, files, and contacts in one quiet workspace.

NTL Flow brings your inbox, your file storage, and a built-in CRM into a single calm app — built in New York for people who would rather do the work than wrestle with their tools.

Three reasons to give NTL Flow a try.

One tab, less app-switching

Mail, Drive, and CRM under a single login — read a message, save the attachment, file the contact, all without leaving the page.

Your existing email, no migration

NTL Flow speaks IMAP and SMTP, with auto-config for Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo, Fastmail, Zoho, and AOL. Custom domains work too. Nothing to import, nothing to forward.

Small team, small surface

No tracking pixels in this page, no quarterly OKRs aimed at your wallet, no AI background-scanning your mail. Optional features stay optional.

Available today

Five apps. One workspace.

Mail, Drive, CRM, Tasks, and Notes are live and used daily. Every feature listed below is implemented in the codebase running this domain.

NTL Mail Live

A clean, multi-account IMAP/SMTP client with the practical extras you actually use.

  • Auto-configured providers: Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo, Fastmail, Zoho, AOL, plus custom domains.
  • Rich-text composer with signatures, attachments, and inline images.
  • Open & link tracking for outbound mail — see who read, who clicked, who never opened.
  • Schedule-send and undo-send. Queue a message for later or pull it back in the brief window before it leaves.
  • SMTP2GO outbound for custom-domain accounts, so messages reach the inbox instead of the spam folder.
  • Multi-inbox switching from the top of the page — your accounts share one workspace, not one credential.

NTL Drive Live

Per-user file storage that talks to your inbox.

  • Chunked uploads for large files — resume what the browser interrupted.
  • Save mail attachments to Drive in one click from any message.
  • Shareable links with simple sharing controls — send a URL, not a 25 MB attachment.
  • Per-user quotas set by the workspace admin — no surprise overage bills.
  • Credentials encrypted at rest with a server-side key — your email password is not stored in plaintext.

NTL CRM Live

A contact timeline that builds itself from the email you're already sending.

  • Auto-indexed contacts from your inbox — every back-and-forth becomes a timeline entry.
  • One-click Save-to-CRM from any message, so the people that matter don't get lost in the inbox.
  • Per-contact Compose — open a contact and hit "Email" to start a new thread, pre-filled.
  • Background indexer keeps the contact list current without slowing down the inbox.
  • Synthetic-sender filtering so no-reply notifications don't pollute your contact graph.

NTL Notes Live

Quick captures and checklists that stay out of your inbox.

  • Text and checklist notes with one-click conversion between the two — the same note can flip when the task does.
  • Twelve-color palette and labels for the lightest possible organization — find the orange one, not the third one.
  • Image attachments stored alongside your other workspace files, served only to you.
  • Pin, archive, search — the operations you actually use, none of the ones you don't.
  • Trash with 7-day auto-purge so deletes are reversible without becoming an archive in disguise.

NTL Tasks Live

Lightweight follow-ups, attached to the people they belong to.

  • Due-date buckets — Overdue, Today, This week, Later, No date — so the page tells you what to do next, in order.
  • Normal / High / Urgent priorities with colored chips, sorted within each bucket so the loudest thing rises.
  • Per-contact tasks on CRM detail. Open a contact, add a follow-up, see all the open ones in one place.
  • Activity feed at /workspace/activity — tasks created, tasks done, and Drive saves in one timeline.
  • Quick-add from anywhere — type a title, hit Enter, set priority later if you care. The whole point is to not stop what you were doing.
Optional AI

AI rewrite — on your terms.

NTL Flow supports an optional AI rewrite tool in the composer for polishing tone, condensing drafts, or shifting register. It is off by default and uses your own OpenAI API key. Only the specific text you choose to rewrite is sent — no background scanning, no quiet embedding, no key required for the rest of NTL Flow.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask.

What is NTL Flow?

NTL Flow is a small, focused workspace that brings email, file storage, and a contact-relationship manager into one app. You connect the email account you already have — Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, or a custom domain — and read, send, file, and follow up without app-switching.

Does NTL Flow read or store my email?

No. NTL Flow connects to your existing email provider over IMAP and SMTP using credentials you supply. Those credentials are encrypted at rest with a server-side key. We do not run our own mail store, and we do not share, sell, or analyse the contents of your messages. The optional AI rewrite is the only feature that ever touches a third party, and it is off by default and requires your own OpenAI API key.

Which email providers work with NTL Flow?

Anything that speaks IMAP and SMTP. NTL Flow auto-configures Gmail, Outlook (Office 365), iCloud, Yahoo, Fastmail, Zoho, and AOL out of the box. For custom domains, enter your IMAP and SMTP host and port — NTL Flow defaults to your bare domain on standard ports (993 / 465), with an Advanced Settings panel for non-standard setups.

Can I add more than one email account?

Yes. Connect as many IMAP/SMTP accounts as you like. One is marked primary, and you can switch the active inbox from the top of the Mail page without losing context. Each account has its own signature and outbound settings.

Are the AI features sending my mail to a third party?

Only if you opt in. AI rewrite is off by default. To turn it on, you supply your own OpenAI API key in the admin panel, and only the specific text you choose to rewrite is sent. There is no background processing, no embedding pipeline, and no key required to use the rest of NTL Flow.

Is NTL Flow installable on my phone?

Yes. NTL Flow is a Progressive Web App. On iOS, open ntlflow.com in Safari and tap Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android, Chrome will offer an Install prompt. On desktop, Chromium browsers show an install icon in the address bar. Once installed, NTL Flow opens in its own window and keeps you signed in like any native app.

How much does NTL Flow cost? When can I try it?

NTL Flow is currently in private beta. Access is invite-only. and we will get back to you.

Where is NTL Flow built? Who is behind it?

NTL Flow is built in New York City by a small independent team. There is no growth team and no board to please — just one small group writing software the way we'd want to use it. If you have feedback, .

Made in NYC

Built quietly, on purpose.

NTL Flow is made by a small team in New York that got tired of paying three different SaaS subscriptions to do work that could fit in one calm app. No quarterly OKRs, no growth dark patterns, no AI quietly indexing your mail in the background — just an email client, a file store, and a contact list that work the way you'd want them to.

If you have feedback or want an invite, tell us a little about yourself and we'll be in touch.
